MILLESIMATO – PROSECCO SUPERIORE SPUMANTE BRUT D.O.C.G.

Spumante with a clean, attractively fruity aroma, reminiscent of apple, wisteria flowers, and a light scent of roses. Its mellow and harmonious taste makes it ideal as an aperitif, accompanied by fish appetizers and cheese, also perfect for a whole meal with light dishes.

Recommended temperature: 6-8°C.

Grapes: 100% Glera

Vineyards: The vineyards are situated in the gorgeous and sunny hills of Colle Mangesa which is located in the area between Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto.

Technical Characteristics:
– Alcohol contents 11,5% vol
– Acidity 6,0 gr./l
– Dry wine
– Sugar 12 gr./l.
– Bottle pressure 5,8 atm
– Re-fremented in autoclave at 15-16°C for about 8 days
– The wine is left with the yeasts for over 30 days
